The Opportunity
We are seeking a capable, relational Principal to lead Enkindle Village School into its next phase.
Reporting to the Governing Body (Townsville Independent School Association Inc.), the Principal is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the school, working in close partnership with the Board to implement strategic, educational, and operational priorities.
This role suits an experienced leader who values democratic education, restorative approaches, strong systems, and collaborative governance.
